We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site simply to make online orders possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. Return

Policy

Because of the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are opened or used.Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs we cannot accept returns based on reason of dissatisfaction of the product. It is your responsibility to do enough research on the product before placing an order. You may contact us with any questions you have.

Damaged Goods Return

Policy

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; If and only if such a model is not in our inventory, a refund may be granted. You must contact Pathway SP within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting Pathway SP in writing (email) will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to sales@pathwaysp.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

If your order is shipped to anywhere in the State of New York, applicable sales tax will be applied.

To place an order simply add items you would like to purchase by clicking "ADD TO CART". When you are ready to complete your purchase click "VIEW CART" or "CHECKOUT" to confirm your items. You may make any adjustments and then proceed by clicking on "CHECKOUT" and following through the checkout process to complete your order. After completing your order, a confirmation page will appear outlining your order number. Please save this order number for your records, and also in order to track the status of your order using the link above. Confirmed orders of "IN STOCK" items usually ship within 24 hours. "LIMITED STOCK" items may vary in shipping time. If a "LIMITED STOCK" item is out of stock, you will receive a phone call and you will be given the option of canceling your order, or waiting for the item to restock. Once your order is ready to ship tracking information can be obtained using the Order Status page.
